A literal red flag in large red letters saying you aren't responsible for
loss if buyers don't chose tracking. As soon as I saw that I won't buy
from you.
Also charging 5% for Paypal fees? Include this in your parts prices or again
people will not like it.

Ok tyvm, tbh I copied pasted from another seller I’m useless at writing things
like. Very organized/ fast at packing and shipping my orders though.
So I just delete what you mentioned in my terms?
Ty again for your feedback I appreciate it greatly, if you see any other issues
I would be very grateful for letting me know
Best regards

My advice with the shipping would be to decide a value to which you are happy
to self insure. Set a maximum price for that method, then include insurance
with all postage methods that cover more expensive orders.
Don't forget that whatever you feel about the legality or morality of refusing
to take responsibility for delivery, if you accept Paypal, you don't have
any choice. Also charging extra for Paypal is against their terms of service
and also illegal in quite a few places.
|
Thank you yes I deleted everything about PayPal, people will just see the option
when checking out.
Not changing any prices of my parts , just entering the last 6 month avg.
will have to try and figure out postage. It’s going to be a headache
Ty for the advice

| Hi everyone,
I’m a new seller. I live in Switzerland and had my first order outside of the
country from the UK.
The shipping cost should have come up as 4$ but it came up for him to 1.5$ .
When I look under my shipping it does say Europe 4$. So I don’t know what I did
wrong. I chose from the most popular templates.
I really don’t want to end up loosing money on shipping costs. Or blocking instant
checkout for not novice users as I think it could discourage potential buyers.
This the link to my order to my store: https://store.bricklink.com/Yazule&utm_content=globalnav#/shop
Any help would much appreciated.

In your shipping page of 'store settings', just have the 'request
an invoice' for domestic activated.
You can set a minimum weight for it as well.

|
| You can send via ParcelForce https://www.parcelforce.com/sending-parcel/international-parcel-delivery
If there is not an exisitng shipping method you can creat your own with details
fro the above link.
As far as how many are over 2Kg will depend a bit on what you are selling. Parts,
probably not too likely, sets then possibly.
Persoanlly for anyhtign large letter I use RM but anything bigger I use Evri.

| Hi,
I've just finished creating all of my shipping methods in my store, and I
have set up both national and international shipping. In the UK, I can create
shipping methods with Royal Mail for up to 20KG parcels, but I can only ship
internationally up to 2KG. I've seen on the Royal Mail price list that I
can ship orders over 2KG with parcelforce, but there don't seem to be any
parcelforce preset shipping methods that anyone else has made, and all other
shipping methods that I can import to my store for UK international shipping
also cap at 2KG. Do most UK sellers only sell up to 2KG internationally? How
common is it for orders to weigh over 2KG from experience?
Thank you in advance for any help!

Uhhh I'm not sure about this, but I'd say for you shipping to Europe
is like shipping to China - it's just Export.
You don't need ANY EORI, IOSS and so on, AFAIK.
For Europe, if he order's less than 150€ or such, BrickLink will automagically
add the import VAT to the buyer. If more, then buyer will have to pay VAT when
the parcel arrives in his Country.
For other Countries, often no tax - maybe Sales Tax to many States in USA, but
BrickLink does this for you also.

I don't know anything about EORI numbers but if you happen to sell to the
EU you'll use BrickLink's IOSS number (which will appear on the invoice)
which must be transmitted electronically as part of the customs declaration.
My recommendation would be to sell only domestically (and maybe to USA and Canada)
until you're comfortable with the whole process.

Also, just incase anyone has any additional knowledge surrounding international
shipping taxes and fees (especially EU fees) is there a way to know what extra
fees I would be having to deal with before taking international orders? Do I
have to calculate this myself or is it automatic? Would I find out this information
before or after it has entered customs? I appreciate that I am asking a lot of
questions and some may be silly or obvious, but I am completely new to international
shipping and E-Commerce, and I wanted to make sure I do everything right before
selling internationally and disappointing customers. I have looked into the Royal
Mail Click & Drop service and I've seen some of these terms being referenced
before. Will using Click & Drop calculate any of these things automatically or
give me more information regarding EORI and IOSS numbers?
I know I've asked a lot of questions and this is quite a long winded message,
so I really appreciate anyone who reads and/or replies to this. Thank you in
advance for your time

| Hello! Which SELLER ofer the smallest shipping cost to Poland ? (small parts)
|
Seeing as there is no way to search stores based on shipping price nobody will
do it for you because every seller has different rates. You will have to search
for the stores that have the pieces you want and then check who has the lowest
shipping prices.
But it really depends from where its being shipped and what you want to buy.
And asking the same question twice within the same hour will not get get any
different answers!

| Hello!
im a new seller and I need some help with the shipping. Recently, I switched
over to flat rate shipping for items and I got a customer who says their items
are too expensive to send over, so what do I do to make sure the flat rate shipping
is the correct price for the buyer? or if there is an option, to bill the shipping
later after boxing it and knowing what kind of mailer it will be sent in to price
accordingly?

Is it possible your PayPal setup is not connected to your merchant account? If
it isn't, then you need to connect it. If it is, it might be worth trying
to disconnect and re-connect.
