  Hi,
Is it possible to get access to the "Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon's
Tale" Set Inventory?

It's already present somewhere, like in Brickset.com or in Lego official
instruction pdf.

Thank you!

Like every other set, you will have access once it is ready.

Yes sometimes, often, buyers are the sellers garbage collectors.

This was actually the LEGO packets, that you are supposedly meant to include
to be complete!

I received recently as packing material:

* empty toilet paper rolls,
* an empty handkerchief box,
* newspapers from everywhere,
* empty shoes box,
* empty eggs containers, and MANY weird up to disgusting things.

I was watching an ebay reseller a couple of weeks ago and they suggested egg
trays as a good filler. They said it was as they are relatively light but strong,
so a good way to fill space in a box that is too big.

Why I don’t “care that much” as a buyer on the topic, but include the checklist
as seller, comes from my awareness as buyer. I’m aware that not all buyers are
alike in this wonderful marketplace. I have always bought here for commercial
reasons, unlike many others who are simply fans of LEGO excitingly awaiting their
parts to build, or to better their proud collection.

It’s for these buyers that presentation is important, not so much for
those such as myself. They’re excited to receive their purchase in a way that
I’ve never been, frankly.

It's for these buyers that presentation might be important, but also
it might not. When I buy it is primarily for myself, and I couldn't care
if the seller has included their picking list. However, if they've charged
me more because of the weight or bulk of the paper being sent, I probably won't
buy from them again. Years ago, back when manual invoicing was the norm, I had
to pay more in shipping after someone weighed a parcel and it was just over a
threshold weight because of all the paper. I wasn't very happy then. The
order itself was fine but their lack of common sense was enough to make me least
favourite them.

I’ve read from some in this thread, various takes on the reasoning they cling
to for why they operate as they do “never had any complaints” This low bar is
honestly difficult for me to wrap my mind around, as it’s never been a good reason
to do a thing, as I see it. I’ve always had in my head that which is more attuned
to “What will put a smile on their face?” kinda of melody, when processing an
orders. Especially given what we're selling

Never had any complaints is a way of knowing what you are doing is fine. For
CMF I rebag them and don't include packets (and say this in the description).
I've never had any complaints about not sending the open packets, but then
I've never had any compliments either. Some people send them to me when I
buy them, but it doesn’t make me happy and so others doing it wouldn't change
my behaviour. When I did send the opened packets, I never had any compliments
about doing that, but did get one complaint.

Maybe I should have complained when I got sent loads of paperwork and had to
pay more in postage for the privilege. At least that way, the seller doing it
would know they displeased me as a customer. No complaints when you are doing
something is not really any more insightful than no complaints when you are not
doing it.

  Need some opinions...

When you get an order and ship it out, do you print out their order and put it
in the package, and if so do you use color or black and white. Or do you not
even put one at all? Currently, I print out one sided black and white and was
told by my significant other that looks bad and cheap. Thoughts?

I tend to avoid sellers that print out orders, especially if it increases postage
costs.

was in it.

Same detail on every piece, but no logo anywhere. Guess the red capes that came
are fake too.

Have to be very careful when looking at figure parts.

Oh well

You used to be able to get fake copies of all the Scooby Doo sets on aliexpress.

Popsicle is correct, it's D. I think the claim that I own Air Force One was
a dead giveaway. Obviously, there is no legit way someone can own Air Force One,
unless it's a model of the aircraft.

Here are the photos of my collection:

It was obvious it was D, which is presumably why most people didn't bother
posting a guess.

I have never specified a box as MISB, not ever. Recently a buyer tried to tell
me that "Factory sealed in original box" meant I was claiming it was
MISB. 🤦‍♀️

When buyers begin to assign meanings that were never stated/intended, that's
when it is time to look out for the falling sandbag from above.

I tend not to describe the box at all. That is what the (new, sealed) condition
is for. Unless there is any damage, then I'd note it.

I never really know what people mean by MISB. Do they mean the parts are mint
inside the box, or that the box is mint, or that the box is in a sealed shipping
box?

btw, it was very weird seeing people ask to know the details of my order and
doubting me. Instead of just responding to my question.

People need to understand when someone asks a specific question, dragging the
topic away from that doesn't help and hence shouldn't be discussed.
This is the Help forum.

I wouldn't be here if this was a single extra part.

It is important to know if you bought sets or minifigs, as there is a crucial
difference between them when it comes to CMF. Sometimes even apparently experienced
buyers buy the minifig entry expecting to get the accessories.

We would only split this catalog entry if the connection point you are talking
about is used as a legal building method in at least one official LEGO set. Unfortunately,
the catalog team does not have the time to look through all of the sets that
use this part. Therefore, if you can find an official set that uses this building
technique with part 2339, please let us know, otherwise the catalog entry will
remain as it is.

It probably hasn't been used in that way in a set. But it is a common technique
in MOCs for both covering up the gaps and making arches look a bit more realistic,
appearing to be made from stones.

I received an order for several minifigures sold as "new (Complete)".
The documentation says it should include all extras etc.

There was no comment on the sellers post indicating otherwise.

I reached out stating that I received none of the extra parts for the figures
and would like them, or the cost of the missing parts plus shipping from another
seller. Its ~$10 to buy those parts outright elsewhere.

I was told the only option was to return the items for a refund.

Its quite clear they have no plans to even offer a refund for the missing parts.

What are my options here?

These were definitely sold as SETS rather than minifigures, right? If so, the
extras should have been included. If the only option the seller is offering is
to return them for a refund, then that is really the only option you have. You
can start a NSS and that might help get a partial refund for the missing parts.

Is there a place where the list of what those numbers mean is defined ?

When I see 9.3/10, or 7/10, without a defined grade list, they are (essentially)
meaningless (or something the seller made up out of thin air).

Nita Rae

They are meaningless.

But how meaningless are they?  9.3/10 meaningless?  7/10 meaningless?

About 9.7 / 5 stars and a thumbs up.

I had an order, where if removed a couple of sets the shipping would get cheaper.

I did like normal do, but now buyer says he didnt get cancelation email nor does
it say anything in his order and massage screens.

Also if I try to remove again, it say it is already in process.

Any ideas to get moving .

Did the buyer know you were removing items from the order? Have they already
paid?

all the spam messages I see (like the one this morning, and the parade of gummie

Limiting zero feedback members to three links, should in no way impact legitimate
users, but it might slow down the spam kids such to make spamming here more difficult.

Nita Rae

To do that they'd need to have some sort of filtering process, based on both
user feedback and number of links in a message. Is the forum that advanced? I
doubt it. It doesn't even filter swear words.

I have a question about stockrooms.

I know that parts are put in a stockroom when ordered, but it puts the remaining
also in a stockroom?
How can I prevent this, so that only the parts ordered are put in a stockroom
and the remaining will be active.

Thx in advance.

It doesn't put items into a stockroom when ordered, it removes them from
your inventory. If you have "retain" turned on and the count for a lot
goes to zero after an order, then it will go into a stockroom as there is no
point having a current item in your store with 0 qty.

Had several requests in the past which resulted in a number of orders, not so

A number of buyers have requested photo’s, mainly new or relatively new members,
more requests than usual and not a single order.

Most of the items are nice or in excellent condition, sadly it seems there are
a lot of time wasters out there.

Maybe some are scammers wanting images to use, I hope not.

If you think they are scammers, you can put your username across the image so
it cannot be cropped out. But don't put their username in the image if they
ask! I once had someone ask me to do that to prove that *I* was genuine.

I have decided now to send 10-20 e-mails a Day to Them with the same request

For your sake, you better hope they don't run a queuing system where the
last email received determines the order of response, like if you deal with emails
received in order of earliest received that hasn't been answered or updated.
