I would like a way to rearrange my shopping cart items by the categories, parts,
total price, individual price, etc.

A large percentage (probably over 50%) of the people who order from me don't
mark the order as complete, don't respond to messages, and don't leave
a review. I'd be nice if new members had sort of initiation where they'd
told that they should do these things, because it seems a large swath of people
don't do this and its very annoying to deal with (even as a smaller hobby
seller).

Why are you leaving a neutral because buyers don't market as complete?

They paid you, which was their only job, so they deserve a positive.

Most buyers don't want to be bothered, they want to pay for their items and
then receive their items.

I don't see what would be annoying as 99% of the time if the buyer never
emails you they are happy with the order.

Wow. Leaving neutrals because buyers don't mark is complete is not exactly
buyer friendly.

There is no "should" here. Buyers don't have to mark as complete
or leave feedback.

I reported this jackass for the neutral feedbacks.

Don't answer this out loud, but did you check how many Least Favorite lists
you were on before you posted this? It was probably substantial from all of
your neutrals and contacting customers about feedback and such, but I'll
bet you spiked it.

Thank you,

Buyers do not have to leave feedback.

Buyers do not have to mark orders Complete.

The only thing a Buyer must do is pay for their order.

It shouldn't be annoying for you to deal with because you should not be dealing
with it.

Please stop leaving Neutral feedback and negatively impacting the experience
of our buyers here on BrickLink.

Thanks,

You seriously neutralled a customer for not marking their order complete? Do
you need a class on how feedback works?

I leave FB for the customer as soon as the order is paid for and shipped.

Most buyers treat this site like Amazon, or eBay, so not returning to the site
is normal.

Also I like to think of leaving feedback as a courtesy, although it is rude not
to leave some.

like someone said in a recent post, whens the last time you left feedback (review)
on amazon when you bought something?

Never, usually I can’t find the place to leave it also It’s usually big companies
selling the product which don’t need or care about a review.

61% of items sold on amazon are 3rd party. even i used to sell on amazon years
back

   i dont think I've ever left a feedback/review
before on amazon as a buyer it isn't important to me but i do on bricklink
as bricklink is important to me

Same here and sellers need it IMO

tbh its not as big of a deal as it first seems as it effects all sellers equally
so you are still perfectly lined up with your competition in that they have no
advantage over you in what % of buyers leave feedback

however for many buyers they dont worry all that
much about it similarly how many dont worry leaving review on amazon so they
dont leave any on bricklink

Sad, in my opinion leaving fb is part of completing the order.

first make sure to leave feedback for all you amazon orders form 3rd party sellers

Where do I leave it? I can barely navagate the site

Couldn’t tell you

I only recently found out where to leave FB on eBay

Leaving 17 neutrals out of 96 total orders and they were left just because the
buyers simply did not leave feedback. Definitely a way to get people to never
return to your store and to make potential buyers least favorite your store before
ever placing an order.

I would strongly advise changing your strategy for leaving feedbacks. Leaving
neutrals that way will not encourage new customers to make sure they leave you
feedback but instead most likely cause them to leave your store once they see
what you do.

I understand the reasons for wanting to try and separate mini doll hair from
standard minifig hair but with so many crossovers particularly with the increasing
number of Male dolls using standard minifig hair I think this method starts to
become unviable. For instance both these hair pieces are under Doll Hair when
they are both equally suitable for standard minifigs and so how is the correct
category for them being determined?

Part No: 2631 Name: Mini Doll, Hair Short Spiked, Swept Up in Front
*
2631 Mini Doll, Hair Short Spiked, Swept Up in Front
Parts: Mini Doll, Hair

Part No: 2646 Name: Mini Doll, Hair Friends Short with Curls and Pompadour
*
2646 Mini Doll, Hair Friends Short with Curls and Pompadour
Parts: Mini Doll, Hair

My suggestion would be to consider removing the 'Doll Hair' category
and replacing it with a category called 'Hair with Pin Hole' as that
way you still get to separate a good portion of the doll hair from standard hair
whilst giving some much needed clarity. Obviously it will mean some traditional
minifig hair such as Leia/Queen ending up among the doll pin hole hair but I
think its a small price to pay given it will enable more clarity as to where
a hair design belongs and where to look

Been almost a year since this thread but thought it was worth bumping again only
it seems a bit silly to keep a category for Doll hair when many of them are interchangeable
between Minifigs and Mini Dolls such as these further examples of so called DOLL
HAIR used on minifigs:-

Minifig No: sw0920 Name: Qi'ra - Tan Jacket
*
sw0920 (Inv) Qi'ra - Tan Jacket
Minifigures: Star Wars: Star Wars Solo

Minifig No: hp226 Name: Lavender Brown - Bright Pink Blouse
*
hp226 (Inv) Lavender Brown - Bright Pink Blouse
Minifigures: Harry Potter: Half-Blood Prince

and this so called MINIFIGURE HAIR used on dolls:-

Minifig No: dp119 Name: Sisu
*
dp119 (Inv) Sisu
Minifigures: Disney: Raya and the Last Dragon

Minifig No: frnd697 Name: Friends Anthony
*
frnd697 (Inv) Friends Anthony
Minifigures: Friends

Dozens more discrepancies like this hence it better to have one single hair category
for all or as I've suggested in my OP above, having a separate Pin hole hair
category so that its a lot more definitive over where to actually look whilst
simultaneously helping to separate most of the oversized friends type hair from
the more regular style of minifig hair

Irrespective of previous concerns on wanted list percentage calculation (which
is currently done per lot and not per part), the calculation is not correct.

A part set to a wanted quantity of 0 is considered not completed for purposes
of the calculation. This is incorrect.

A note: Wanted quantity showing as "0" and the Have quantity shows as
as "-" rather than showing "0". Unsure if this is related to
the calculation error, but it does stand out.

Looks like you have missed one recently as well to the one who left you feedback
on the 22nd =). I also notice you give a lot of neutral buyer feedback for buyers
not corresponding with you after the sale, hmmmmm. Also i see you wait until
the buyer leaves you feedback before you do. I am not a fan of these practices
but to each their own.

To compare, i hit just above 50% feedback response. I don't use the 'thank
you drive thru' message either as I figure buyers get enough emails from
Paypal and Bricklink on their orders as it is. I also never mention the word
'feedback' in any correspondance with buyers.
