to see if anyone else had the same results before I submitted a catalog change
request.
In the extra parts for the inventory it's stated to have 2 and
1 however I believe this to be incorrect based on my sealed set.
I believe is should be 2 Reddish Brown parts and 1 Light Bluish Gray. In looking
at the entire set as well, I believe that it would be highly to have 2 extra
parts of a color that on appears twice in the set across two bags to start with,
verses the Reddish Brown that appears 16 times across 5 bags.
Can anyone else confirm this with their build?

Actually, I believe you are right. I will double-check with the member who submitted

extra parts are not guaranteed to always be exactly the same. I have parted
out many same sets side by side and been short or given slightly different pieces
than what the bricklink inventory says. I always check extra parts to confirm
what I have on my store uploads.

Looks good! Stickered parts fall to the end of the line as they provide the least
commercial value to bricklink and the admins are always swamped with new work.
From past experience stickered parts can take anywhere from less then a day to
almost a year to be approved so patience is key and the admins will get to it
as soon as they have time

just printing variation. should I add a new entry or just add the new PCC? In
image 2 I drew arrows pointing to some different areas along with some lines
to show the height difference of the one line
|
These images, which were taken from BrickSet set reviews, show the eight Grogu
figures from the past sets on the left and the "new" Grogu on the right.
Apart from normal small print differences like thickness or position I cannot
see any relevant difference between the old figures and the new one.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/scl/fi/9saog2sjhrjfds6tcixlc/Grogus.jpg?rlkey=czzl7du4bo50qurf68w4gamhp
So it might be that...
- The new PCC is for a new mold number (what number is molded into your part?).
|
25128
| - The new PCC is for a material change or any other change that we cannot know
or that is too subtle to notice.
- The new PCC is for a part with a visible difference or new mold but your set
still came with the old part.
If your part is numbered 25128 then I would say you can use the existing entry
sw1113 to finish the set inventory. However, to be on the safe side, let's
wait some time until we add the new PCC just in case it stands for a new part
that was not yet included in the early production runs of the set.
|
Sounds good! Ill leave the pcc, Ill be honest odds are I'm not going to remember
to add it at some distant time in the future so if possible feel free to add
it whenever your ready.
I can confirm it has the logo

Btw. according to the official render images, the new part doesn't have the
LEGO logo anymore.

sw0315 is listed with Blocked Open Stud. In my polybag (still sealed) the head

Is the listing wrong? or did Lego issue this minifigure with both head types,
as often seen with minifigures in regular sets?
|
This set came out right during the time of the transition from blocked open stud
to hollow stud, so it is very likely that the set came with both at one point.
However, this information will all be moot when the catalog entries for the heads
get merged soon.

It would be for the heaviest version found.
|
What about the lighter ones? Then the weight would be incorrect.
|
You could then use that logic for pretty much everything in the catalogue… it’s
best to over estimate the weight for shipping rather then underestimate. But
even so it isn’t going to be anything crazy
|
Ok, just found it strange that a item with weight varying from box to box could
have a weight attached to it.
|
It's not strange at all. It's very, very normal.
For example, most every set for North America is heavier than the sets distributed
elsewhere. The boxes and instructions use different paper. Depending on the size
of the set, it can easily be a difference of 10-20%.
~Jen

Hmm, I did not know that.

It has to be somewhere in between the weight of the box plus the six times the
weight of the lightest minifigure polybag and the weight of the box plus six
times the weight of the heaviest minifigure polybag ... in no case would it be
zero.
