Medieval Sawmill

A small set consisting of just over 800 elements, with 3 figures, forest animals and a horse.

Probably one of the most important buildings in the Middle Ages, this is where most buildings began to be built.

This is where even wood products are made, e.g. boards for future buildings in a medieval village.

My work aimed to show where trees transported from the forest by horses were then processed in an even way.

The set includes a horse with 3 figures and several forest animals.

In my work I wanted to design something small that we didn't have yet, that would be very functional, aesthetic and at the same time made of a small number of elements. The crane is mobile, can rotate around its axis, and also raise and lower objects, all this using two large knobs that I wanted to recreate in the best possible way, so that it would perfectly resemble how differently cranes were built to lift large objects in the old days.
