Medieval Herbalist's Cottage

Description

Welcome to Helen and Troy's Herbal Boutique, where only the finest herbal remedies, elixirs, potions, and decoctions may be found. Helen was trained by the greatest herbalists of her generation and is well known to have risen to the top of her trade. Troy, her husband and business partner, is an expert gardener and cultivator of rare and exotic plants. He maintains a garden of some particularly special plants (with some very questionable properties) behind their cottage and is also able to harvest many useful ingredients from the cave beneath their home. Together, they have managed to carve out a comfortable existence in this difficult world.

Of course, they do from time to time need to deal with the *ahem* shadier side of the world, but if the coin is good they will not turn away your custom. The charming rogues Bartholomew (the one with the horse named Todd) and Barnabas (the other, handsomer one) are recurring customers of Helen and Troy's. They are particularly fond of her "Potion of Quiet Steps", though they only use it for good, legitimate purposes (they swear!).

Notes about the design
This is my first real attempt at a design in studio (so feedback is appreciated). I wanted to keep this set on the small/medium side and while I favour (yup, I spelled that with a 'u' for Unapologetically Canadian) a medieval theme I tried to make something that could easily fit into displays for other eras as well. I also aimed to make it highly playable and to have a relatively small footprint on a shelf. I hope you enjoy it!
