DESCRIPTION

Deep in a wooded forest lives a wizard…

Set on a small hill in a mossy wood is the Wizard’s Tower. At the base of the hill is a large tree and moss-covered ground scattered with mushrooms. Aged stone steps carve their way into the hill leading up to the tower door. Worn and weathered with time, the tower has nearly toppled over, but it remains held intact with heavy timber beams and possibly the wizard’s magic. The side of the tower has become overgrown with twisted vines.

At the first level, one finds the study. Numerous scrolls and manuscripts surround the Wizard’s desk. The middle level has been abandoned, and a small ladder leads up to the bedroom above. The room exhibits a small bed and nightstand, and curtains are pulled back from the window to let the light in.

The living quarters are located at the uppermost level. A fireplace keeps the Wizard warm in the winter. A log and axe remain nearby to keep the fire burning. Near the fireplace is a large chair and bookshelf. Loose straw remains in the rafters above for the wizard’s owl to sleep. A door opens to a stair, which leads one out to the Observatory, and stretching up high above the tops of the trees, the Wizard can examine the night sky to his delight.

But that is not all. While the Wizard lives in his tower, studying the mysterious art of magic, another story unfolds below. Looking at the base of the hill, a small creek leads into a secret cave. Hidden within, is the Witch’s cellar. Here, the darker side of magic is explored. The Witch’s chamber includes a caldron, a potion table, and display case.

Come along and discover the many surprises and play features of the wizard world!
