Wolf's Den

Wolfpack is back! And they’ve claimed a decaying outpost deep in the swampy forest. But this ruin had an existing resident – a young griffin nesting at the top of the tower. The Wolfpack gang have managed to make an uneasy truce with the griffin – in exchange for its protection, they provide a steady stream of meals – usually in the form of unsuspecting Lion Knights!

The outpost is in rough shape, but the gang have constructed a basic shelter and have set up a lively camp. There are beds, a dining area, weapons rack, fire pit, weapons training and more. Plus, not all of the outpost is ruined, the dungeon area survived and has served well as a protective store for treasure and a holding area for the griffin’s next meal.


This set was designed to reflect the character of the Wolfpack faction – dark and a bit tattered around the edges. The rear of the model hinges open to reveal the dungeon area. The griffin and nest are easily removable if you’d prefer the model to be a little less fantastical and little more historical. Removing the nest reveals a trap door that gives access to the tower ladder. The same ladder also descends through the tower to the dungeon level.
