The „Viking Dragon Ship“

Every Viking needs a home. But most Vikings are not made for quiet village life! They need the sea: It calls to them! So let your Vikings set sails with this mighty “Viking Dragon Ship”.

The “Viking Dragon Ship” is a based on classic Norse “Drakkar” ship designs, complete with both a tail at the stern and the characteristic dragon head carved into the bow. The compact but stable design makes this ship a perfect playset for a smaller play scale Viking scenery and a great addition to any small Viking settlement or village.

The ship comes with four oars and two different versions of the sail: a regular open sail and a rolled up version which allows up to four minifigures to row the ship, whilst two more have plenty of space to man the steering oar at the back and the look out position in the front. The hull of the ship is spacious enough to transport all the cargo the Vikings have acquired during their long journeys.

Excellent design, not so many pieces like other entries -> which means also affordable for many. I hope it will make it in the top 5 !

This is a very clean design. It looks pretty authentic apart from the small crew and no way to row the boat. I think the set is excellent, adding some more loot or cargo would have made it even better.

This scale would make this ship the perfect addition to the Viking Village set. And the piece count would make it probably the most affordable BDP set of the serie.
