Welcome to the Medieval Bakery!
Story
Let's meet
our hero, someone who bakes every night so that someone else can eat
in the day . Let's meet the Medieval Baker. Everyone knows and
respects him because they know that without him there would be no
warm buns, croissants or crusty bread. The Bakery itself has been
visited by local residents for as long as anyone can remember. This
can be seen from the damage on the lower wall or the upper wall of
the building itself. The ivy itself has been climbing up the chimney
for many years. The bakery was founded according to royal annals
more than 150 years ago and has been run by the family all this
time, according to the principles and traditions of the founder. The
recipes haven't changed for many years and what can you find
inside?
Enough storytelling and let's finally pay a visit
inside!
The bakery is a two-story building with a
preserved medieval color scheme. The first floor is in white mixed
irregularly with sand color, which gives the impression of slight
deterioration. There are dewn beams in the walls which gives
character. The wall on which the floor is located is done in light
gray with trim on the sides in dark gray which breaks up the
uniformity of the color. The roof itself is done in a warm nougat
color which immediately reminds one of baked goods.
The
back of the building has pumpkins growing and ivy with flowers on
the wall. And now it's time to open it and see what's inside!
The model opens into 3 parts!
Looking from the back on the right part we have a staircase
leading to the floor and under it a bookcase and a mouse. On the
middle part at the bottom we have a chest, a butter box and a barrel.
Above all this is a coat of arms with ornaments. On the first floor
there is a scriptorium for writing recipe books.
On the left side
on the first floor is a bed and in front of it is a carpet made of
sheep's wool. On the other side is a table with a ready meal and
chairs. Downstairs is the very heart of the Bakery: the oven, for
baking where more rolls and breads have already begun to bake. By the
walls there are tables where the dough is prepared and where the next
ingredients are prepared. There is also a rack for the necessary
kitchen tools for work such as a spoon or fork, for example. The
entire floor is covered with boards and the bottom for that is paved.
Let's go to the very front of the building and see who has
come to our Baker!
It's knights, could it be to get a tax for the king? Or
maybe it's the man hiding behind the well? Maybe they are looking
for him?
And the miller with a supply of flour for more baked
goods. The satisfaction on his face sujer that it's not his first
time here.
The baker's wife next to the stall smilingly
encourages him to try the warm baked goods.
On the tree the
cherries have already ripened so soon there will be buns with them!
I leave the rest for you to discover! Enjoy!
