This is a MOC of the actual Lego store in Bordeaux, France, as you can see in the picture above. Instead of being located on the first floor of the mall, I made it as a modular building at street level, consisting of:
a ground floor with the entrance, tiles (plain ones since I don't know yet how to add stickers in Stud.io) for the various licensed sets (Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Jurassic World) as well as for the Ideas and Ninjago themes, a showcase by the iconic stairway, and a couple of counters in the back;
a first floor with the Pick-a-Brick wall, the Build-a-Minifig stand in the middle between the Eiffel Tower (set 10307) and a baseplate for kids to play, tiles on the shelves for Harry Potter licensed sets, and the City, Friends, Creator, Technic and Duplo themes, another couple of counters in the back and some walls to put stickers of display cabinets, like the Ghostbusters HQ sticker of set 40178;
a second floor that serves as a storage/restroom area, with some containers, a water closet, lockers and a small coffee/cookies area (this floor is not the real one, as I haven't been invited inside, so I made it up);
and a plain top for the building.
As you can see in the pictures of my build, I used the stickers from set 40574, but didn't have enough to decorate all the tiles needed to fill all the shelves.
