Brick Lab Modular Building

This modular building features modern architecture with bold vertical lines, inverse tapered blue glass panels, and prominent accents. The art-filled reception area welcomes guests and staff. Brick Labs features a stock room and loading dock, laboratory spaces across two floors filled with high-tech analytical instrumentation and equipment. The building houses a working elevator and facility support with oxygen, nitrogen, and air tanks at the rear of the building. The second floor includes an emergency escape. The roof features HVAC ductwork and a New York City-style water tank.

The laboratory hosts an array of scientists and technical staff working on scientific equipment representing High-Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Incubators, Thermal Baths, Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (TOF-MS), Laser Interferometry, Cryogenic tanks, Ultra-low Storage Freezer, and various equipment and supplies.
