I thought about what to make after learning that BDP is going on.
I thought that the works that accentuate Lego's characteristics were architecture and sculpture. Looking at the Lego Statue of Liberty, I thought I expressed it really well with Lego, and I also wanted to make a landmark statue like the Statue of Liberty into Lego.
I am Korean and live in Korea. Hangul is the most scientific language recognized in the world. The original Hunminjeongeum, which was printed by King Sejong when he distributed 28 Hunminjeongeum characters to the world in 1446, was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Jongno-gu, Seoul, there is a statue of King Sejong to commemorate King Sejong who made Hangul.
I made a statue of King Sejong out of Lego. I tried to reproduce the details of the statue as much as possible. Thank you.
