The Grandfather Clock my Dad bought decades ago is still keeping time to this day, and it’s hard to imagine life without one to occasionally look at. Although mine is not a direct representation of that one, it captures the essence the Grandfather Clocks in general while providing a more piratical way to have one around. And while definitely a display piece, I just couldn’t leave it without adding a few features, such as the swinging pendulum, to emulate the real thing.
