7723 Police Pontoon Plane 100% complete with instructions but no box and no extras. Parts show some signs of age and wear but in generally good condition with some discolouration. Minifig in good condition.

Some pieces very discoloured. Some white pieces are so bad they look almost sand. Grey and blue also impacted.
The majority are in decent condition but just need to point out some are very bad.
