This is a beautiful set, if a somewhat tedious build. My favorite features are the swinging "glass" door, the mosaic al fresco area, and the textured dark red roof.
I had Café Corner built and on display for a while before taking it apart and bagging the pieces. I rebuilt it to make sure that it still had all of its pieces. Nearly everything is original to the set, including all of the specialty pieces.
There are two missing pieces: one dark grey parrot (from the cupola) and one dark blue 1x2 block (from the foundation; replaced with dark grey). These are, of course, barely noticeable.
I can ship semi-intact, mostly apart, or nearly all apart. I just sold Market Street (10190) and will soon be selling Green Grocer (10185) and maybe Grand Emporium (10211) as well as some older City and Star Wars sets once I rebuild them. Let me know if you're interested in those too!
