Selling as I have no room now for this gorgeous set.
One of the most sort after LEGO builds of all time! Set is in very good condition, includes instructions (8/10) and all pieces (hand-checked recently). Also includes all figures - see pics for condition which is very good. (I’ve added in a Demogorgen as the set was missing this when it came to me - the key ring can be removed). Please message for pics.

My Legos are very clean. I have vacuumed pieces carefully and, in select key cases, have washed pieces. However, you acknowledge that even with pieces that have been washed, the surface is often not as pristine as brand new Lego.
