Includes all extras and all stickers. No box. Please note that the two "Black Utility Arrow in Triangle" stickers are not centered - see image. Also note that one of the stickers on the fence has loosened a bit in one end. Bricks are generally in very good condition, although some of them have light playwear. Instructions are in very good condition. NOTE: At the time of writing, the "Brick, Modified 1 x 1 x 3 with 2 Clips Vertical" bricks were of undetermined type in the inventory. Included in this set is the variant 60583a (solid stud).
