Includes all extras and all stickers (the blue sticker is 2 mm loose in one corner). No box. Bricks are generally in good condition, although some of them have light playwear (and you might find a nick or deep scratch on a few). Instructions are in good condition except for front/back page which are a bit worn and has a small (1 cm) tear and a 4 cm tear along the spine.
