That, according to the most recent newsletter, was the largest order, so far,
this year.

What’s a marketplace without sales? And boy oh boy, were there sales in 2024!
Here are a few figures to show just how busy our buyer and seller members have
been.

Day with most orders: January 14, 2024

Day with most revenue: May 10, 2024

Largest order: 868,000 items!

Most popular set: Snowman polybag (30645-1)

Most popular part: Black Technic, Pin with Short Friction Ridges (2780)

Most popular minifigure: Clone Trooper (Phase 2) - Nougat Head (sw1319)

My guess is that it’s a whole store that was sold

It’s your own fault: You just need to make a very popular MOC that uses lots
of pins!

(See a trend here? )

Where is this MOC so I can use it on Splash page???

I propose you 1% of my Technic Pins sales ordered specifically for it
Don't thank me, it's normal.

Here’s an idea: a mat.
2048 pins for 25 cm x 50 cm.
You can write things, like “Bienvenue” in Tan or LBG with non-friction pins.
No garantee it will survive any real use

Hmm, could be made sturdier using Technic bricks instead of 20482 on plates…
but then there’ll be holes between bricks….

I think, that might have taken slightly more than an hour to pull.
And a few Pizzas.

Probably a whole store. The fees alone :-/ Way more than an average private seller
can dream of...

I would love to hear what this was (an order or an entire store being sold).
Didn't think the BL system could even handle an order that large.

Don't know for what that many would be needed. Maybe for a Lego Pizza machine...?

The round number could mean they are prebagged lots (no doubt by weight) of 1000
items each time. So probably not too bad. Better than a 868000 lot order!

Interesting, thanks

Though for me, it's the dollar amount which cuts through all other
BS misdirecting stats. Lay those out and I'll perk-up
