| I have 2 orders from a store that have not yet arrived. Going to the store page
now produces this message:
Store Suspended
On Oct 06, 2024
Reason: Three or more Completed NSS/NRS
What does this mean, & how do I handle it?
Also, I noticed that the seller is in one of the states hit by the hurricane.
Does this have any bearing?

It means the seller wasn’t shipping orders, the hurricane may have something
to do with it, but you should contact the seller to find out

It means the seller wasn’t shipping orders, the hurricane may have something
to do with it, but you should contact the seller to find out

Thank you all. I've been trying to message the seller for a couple of weeks,
with no response.

If you paid with Paypal, open a case for non-delivery. You can then get your
money back if you want a refund. That usually gets a seller's attention.
However if the seller is in an area where there may not be power still, then
I would give them another week or so to respond.

What it means is that 3 (or more) NSS (non shipping seller) or NRS (non responding
seller) cases have been opened, sat for a week or 2 (or more) and then been completed
without resolution from the seller.
You always have buyer protection if you paid with PayPal/credit card. In which
case you can file a claim to get your money back if the goods have not arrived
within say 1 month or ordering. however as you mentioned below the seller is
in a state that had the hurricane so it might be best to give them a larger window
of possibly several months or so as they may have much larger problems to deal
with so might not be able to ship orders out or the package may be stuck at a
post office. For buyer protection you have 6 months from date of payment to get
a refund so as long as you keep it within that window your safe and you can give
the time needed to the store if you believe they may have extensive problems
that led to the store closure (such as the hurricane)

If and when you contact the seller, be sure to tell them what exactly you wish
to happen. If you prefer to cancel and get money refunded or if you still want
the Lego. And if you have a deadline for when you need the parts.
Just filing an NSS/NRS or OCR doesn't necessarily tell the seller what will
make you happy.

When a hurricane is expected, there are lots of life issues to care for. I would
have expected the seller to close before they could no longer ship orders, but
things get in the way. Which state and what date did you place the order ?
