I placed an order and received the item however the seller has not updated the
status of the order...it is still showing as paid. I have contacted them twice
about it but no reply. Is it possible for a system administrator to make the
appropriate changes?

NO. The seller has to change it based on what they have done. How long ago
was the order placed?
