I use images in my terms by inserting the image's link from https://www.bricklink.com/imgDir.asp

The issue is that sometimes there is a visible quality loss after uploading and
the image gets blurry, even here on the forum, this image wasn't this blurry
on my computer.

Using an alternative image provider and inserting the image from there could
be a solution until it gets removed after a while. I checked using my Google
Drive but it seems it's not possible to copy paste image links from there.
What could be the solution then?

The problem seems to be that BL resizing the image. The original size was 728x478
but the one uploaded is 640x420. Why is that?

If I had to make a guess, BL wants those type of images (conveying textual information)
to be formatted as a HTML style table instead. An SVG might be a possible alternative,
but BL does not allow SVG style uploads.

BL is not specifically picking on your image, but they are limiting displayed
size for (likely) a variety of reasons. Some phone screens are rather small.

An image with text is never a good choice unless there's unlimited storage
space available.
To display text sharply you need at least 300 dpi pictures. The filesize of that
exceeds by far what BL allows.

While external image hosting could be a solution, remember that loading a picture
that contains a table like yours will take at least 1 megabyte, while a HTML
table that does the same thing cost only a couple of bytes.

I do use https://snipboard.io or https://imgur.com/ (private posts).
I've not checked how long they keep the pictures.

The ultimate solution would have you to get a domain and a server, so you control
everything. Some are available from 5€ to 10€ per month.

If it's only to put pictures on line, you almost don't need any server
knowledge to set it up; I'm sure there are simple solutions.

Thanks for your input, I chose a free provider for now.
