I just attempted to submit a partial refund on an order, and it would not submit,
and now when I try to reopen the "Issue Refund" modal, there is an alert
"Failed to update refund: EC_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND"

first check on Paypal itself to see if it went thru as there are some reports
that it still does go thru leading to duplicate refunds but otherwise try removing
any message in the message field of the refund and try again

I see it did go through on PayPal. Thanks!
