| How does one go about getting a false complaint removed? I had a seller lie and
said I never responded to their email when I did. They were just angry that I
decided not to purchase their items and now they've screwed me over b/c I
can;t purchase something form others. This to me is insane. I worked in Retail
for over 10 years and you don't file complaints about a customer simply because
they decided in teh end to not purchase what you were selling.

if you get 1 positive it will increase a -1 to a 0 which will allow you to shop
at most stores again. sellers have an option to prevent buyers with negative
feedback from buying but not all sellers do so if you look around a little and
place an order and get feedback it will fix that

But did you actually request a cancellation of the order, or dud you just not
pay.
If you read the ToS you should know that placing an order is binding in most
cases.

In those 10 years, did you also hear that each shop/place has its own rules?
| and you don't file complaints about a customer simply because
they decided in teh end to not purchase what you were selling.
|
If you don't want to purchase, then simply don't submit an order. IF
you have not decided, simply don't press ok bottom five times at check-out
to finalize an order . In one of those pages that were displayed at check-out,
it is written: an order is a binding contract.
By submitting the order, you took some parts of the store out of stock that he
could not sell. He also spent time to check shipping costs to your address in
order to send you an invoice.
You now need to submit and order, pay it and hopefully get a positive feedback.
Then you can hopefully order from other stores too.

Insane no, but unfair and not wise and unkind as a business, yes.
This shop seem to have an heavy hand on Negatives they give.
Much more, they've their own flaws like:
Not legal: "Lost shipment (only WITH Track & Trace): we will..."
Not allowed: "PayPal (Onsite) Costs: 5% of order total."
OK then, not to retaliate (which isn't nice), but if you're not happy
with this transaction, you're perfectly allowed to give them a Negative feedback!
If they won't remove your negative, don't worry, many shops will accept
you as a buyer and you can soon be in positive.
