I finally got around to building my 6559. There are about 10-12 spots where a
#4070 1x1 with headlight is supposed to attach directly to the baseplate. Unfortunately,
most of the 4070 in my collection don't clutch, at all, to this particular
baseplate. I tried with other baseplates I have around and the 1x1s stick much
better.

Has something changed with the baseplates? Is mine too new, or too old? Or has
something changed with #4070?

Thanks!

The studs on baseplates in general have less clutch power compared to other parts,
some to more of a degree than others.
