Store: Forgotten World Of Bricks
First of all we want to say Thank You to all the buyers and other sellers out
there that have made our store a success as tomorrow our business turns one year
old!

What we wanted to share and learn from you is, what have you learned from operating
a store whether here on BrickLink, a physical store, or anywhere else or as a
buyer as recommendations for sellers and other buyers?

Some things we'd like to share:

- Accuracy counts. This sounds like a no brainer but honestly more often than
not we've gotten orders from LEGO, BrickLink, and elsewhere that are just
inaccurate. It causes the buyer frustration and we try very hard to prevent that
for our buyers.

- Package it well. LEGO is fairly durable but that doesn't mean bricks can't
scratch tiles, pieces get broken, and it sucks to have to deal with broken or
scratched pieces as a buyer building a MOC or trying to complete a retired set.

- Buyers, always buy more than you'll need. This isn't a seller thing
but no matter how much we design and plan there are always slight changes to
the finished product. We suggest always buying a few more of most parts for any
big project.

Again, Thank You to everyone over the past year that has made our business a
success and we'll be here to help service your LEGO needs as best we can
as we expand.
