I ordered the same item twice and want to cancel one of the orders, but I don't
know how to do it.
I asked the seller, but he said that the buyer has to do it.
Does anyone know how to do this?

If you have paid you can't.

The seller must FIRST refund you then he will be able to set it Not Paid, then
to ask cancellation.

The buyer can’t cancel the order. The most they can do is request to cancel it
but the seller can do the same thing. And like 1001bricks said if it’s paid they
first have to fully refund before they can cancel it
