This part has been added as extra to sets recently, so it could be it came as
extra in later productions of the set. But to be sure, can you add some info
to your change request. Like the source of this request?!

Hi Diana,
The source is a new sealed set I opened, built and inventoried myself.
It might be a production mistake. However, I definitely got one extra in my copy.
