The tiles 3070b were re-Ided to 3070. As I said in my other answer, use BrickStore…
or edit the XML and replace all the problem Ids one by one as you find them….

Yes.
Alternatively, send me a PM and then your file by e-mail, I'll convert it
and send it back to you?

Hi,
If it’s BrickLink XML, you can upload it here: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/wanted/upload.page
and only here.
You need to use the second tab, and you need to paste the contents. You can’t
drag’n’drop the file or browse for it (as you can do for other formats, most
of them not from BL 🤷♂️).
Now, if you already tried that and it failed, it may be because the file is “too
old.”
There’s always changes to the catalogue that change parts Ids. So some part
aren’t recognized anymore (while BL has all the info to recognize them anyway
but doesn’t 🤷♂️).
Also, there’s been big changes in the last months (merging of heads, hinges,
some bricks…).
Anyway, if it’s this part that fails, the simplest is to use BrickStore: import
your file and it’ll correct the Ids. You’ll then be able to upload the BrickStore
file or a corrected file.

|
| you can turn an XML to a text file by simply changing "XML" to "TXT"
in the file name - from there you can open the file, right click, choose "select
all", copy and then paste the text here:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/wanted/upload.page
Make sure to choose "Upload BrickLink XML format" so the text box shows
up

Precision: you’re not “turning” as in converting, you’re just fooling stupid
softwares that rely on the file’s extension to decide what to do with said file

Look at OP’s second message: the problem is with the Ids, not with copy-pasting.
