I've been poring over photos of these blisterpack Samsonite sets and they only seem to have included tubeless 1 x 2 bricks.
Besides that it indeed shows on the set images, Samsonite still used 3065 after
3004 was introduced in Europe. So all these requests will be approved for the
sets below, which were only produced in 1964:
