are willing to pay. Until BL had to start collecting sales tax I would avoid

Well it has been a while they have implemented sales tax so that really shouldn't
be an excuse anymore. My thought is there is just an older population there that
doesn't buy Lego.

I looked and there are about 15 registered bl members in Nunavut. But it appears
that two are just accounts used for advertising non lego related things.
They are doing it on there me page. They also have no feedback from ordering
either. Not sure if they are allowed to do that though. One appears to be advertising
a airline service in the states!

Those are probably spam accounts. We get a lot of those registered in Alaska.
