| A buyer I recently bought from is causing major havoc for us. We have been using
this sight for over 23 years. I asked for no damaged parts as I usually do due
to poor quality u get (I hate to say) most of the time. I am trying to complete
figures that I sell and want non Damaged parts. Unfortunately you get orders
with non Lego parts, damaged parts, wrong colors and sometimes just the wrong
part. He said the torso assembly that was the main reason was in excellent condition.
It had a couple tiny nicks but was good for the most part. However 5 heads had
major nicks. He took pictures before sending the order. However they were from
far away and poor quality so u could not tell much. Plus the lighting plays a
factor. You can take the same pic of the same part from far away and distortions
change and different angles. We use our phone and you have to be at the right
angle, not to close but not to far away to get them to show up. Anyway they are
claiming that my pictures that I sent to paypal are not the heads he sent. Nothing
could further from the truth. Yes the color of print looks different but that's
on all his heads because the print came out darker then actual. Plus They are

| I’ve had the same problem with minifigure heads trying to complete items for
sale.
In some cases I’ve scrapped better ones than the replacements received.
However I have to say I’ve had many good ones from numerous sellers.

Paypal don't remove the ability to purchase over one transaction though.
There would have to be significant history of making buyer protection claims
that sellers contest.

| You have under 98% positive feedback, not 99%. No reason to fib when we can all
see it, especially if you're so honest. And somehow... you're never at
fault for any of them?
Based on the copious feedback that you regularly send out damaged parts and respond
poorly to customer feedback, well, it looks like karma to me.

with me. I have photo evidence and EVERYONE I showed this the photo comparisons
to agreed you took photos of parts that were NOT the parts I sent to you. I sent
undamaged parts and you sent photos to paypal with parts that were different
and damaged parts. And if you want to bring me down any more, just try and see
how that goes! I don't care how long you've been selling on Bricklink

Wow - This is very serious accusations.
If this is the case, yes BL should terminate buyer's buying priviledges.
If this isn't, then seller may have his shop closed by Admin - for "discussion"
at least.

If anything, you owe me an appology and you owe me the removal of the negative
feedback you left me. Then I'll be nicer to you. I care about every single
one of my customers and I have been a Lego collector for nearly 30 years. I send
out high quality parts only. No chew marks, no dirt... nothing like the photos
you sent to Paypal. No way would I be so blind to that damage. The parts you
sent photos of would imediately go in the trash. At first I thought you were
talking about very minor scratches and you were being picky and wanted pristine
new parts with but nope. I'm happy to find out I did give you quality used
minifigure heads.

THIS SELLERS COMMITS ARE SLANDEROUS AND ANY REASONABLE PERSON LOOKING AT THE PICTURE WITH A ZOOM IN FEATURE AND MY REASON WHY THE LOOK DIFFERENT COULD TELL THERE THE SAME. lOOK AT RIGHT EYE OF RED GOATEE GUY.

angle, not to close but not to far away to get them to show up. Anyway they are
claiming that my pictures that I sent to paypal are not the heads he sent. Nothing
could further from the truth. Yes the color of print looks different but that's
on all his heads because the print came out darker then actual. Plus They are
from far away so the print is somewhat distorted and if you look at catalog image
can see this. However if you zoom in you will the left eye in his picture of
goatee head is the same damage. Damages do not show up in there picture due to
distance and Quality. I took pics from far to show that I get the same results.
Good thing I did not trust him to return without first taking pics and putting
in claim. The guy might honestly believe what he thinks. However 6.00 of parts
is a principle not a need for my wallet. I am a very honest sometimes to a flaw
saying what I believe and would switch the heads out. I sell a lot of stuff on
here which creates about half my families income and have big chunk of my retirement
invested in Legos so there is no way I would put that at risk. There are stores
that do perfect orders on here as well. We try and I have 99% good feedback.

THIS SELLERS COMMITS ARE SLANDEROUS AND ANY REASONABLE PERSON LOOKING AT THE PICTURE WITH A ZOOM IN FEATURE AND MY REASON WHY THE LOOK DIFFERENT COULD TELL THERE THE SAME. lOOK AT RIGHT EYE OF RED GOATEE GUY. Take 54 bad feedbacks selling and divide by 5686 buying you get .009497 not lying. Buying and selling take 66 and divide by 6097 u get .0108249 just over 1%

and sized it to 1500. Hmmmm... still a solid black line and no missing print

Yeah, this store was one of the first I ever least-favorited. Even though I've
never ordered from them, looking through their feedback just makes me angry.
It's a huge gigantic bright red flag when someone always has an aggressive
and self-righteous response to any complaint or criticism, in business or in
life. And it makes the dishonesty the seller described and showed above entirely
believable.

Yeah, this store was one of the first I ever least-favorited. Even though I've
never ordered from them, looking through their feedback just makes me angry.
It's a huge gigantic bright red flag when someone always has an aggressive
and self-righteous response to any complaint or criticism, in business or in
life. And it makes the dishonesty the seller described and showed above entirely
believable. Thats funny because you are on my least favorite store list as well and my reason was way to exspensive.

Wow, that caps lock sure doesn't support my point about your aggression at
all. You're really coming across as calm, reasonable, and trustworthy here.
I wasn't going to mention it, but buddy guy, your store was one of the influences
on my pricing model. "If this irresponsible seller with horrible feedback
can charge these prices, I'll offer the same prices with much better service."
So that's not quite the insult you think it is.
According to my records, you've never bought from me. Which makes sense,
since you've been stoplisted as a buyer since before I had inventory in my
store. I don't trust anyone who responds to feedback like you do.
