Hi all - Is it possible to get an email or SMS notification when someone has
placed an order on one's site? I run a small store and have to keep remembering
to check every now and again to see if any orders have been placed.
Can someone talk me through the process please?

Hi Wendy,
First you need to make sure your email service provider is not marking the emails
from BL as spam - maybe filter them so they go into a folder you check regularly.
If you use a different email address for your account, then make sure this is
set up as well. In your profile , under settings , you need to make sure you
set up Contact settings. There are buttons to check for both web notifications
and email. Go to My BL and hover on it, click on Settings when it pops up ( last
column to right) under Account. On the next page, click My Contact Settings.
This is in a bunch of boxes on the page - all your different account settings.
This will take you to the correct page where you set the notifications you want
for the email address associated with your store.
