Because of an obsolete Feedback system, sorry

The % is calculated since day 1 of the shop, not the previous 6 months.

This specific shop gets very few sparse orders, and yes, they've had a past
with bad feedbacks.

I can't tell you quickly if it's still safe or not, but if you can avoid
it, just pick another one?
