...a blind bag and found that you had done this?

Argh!

The worst part is that it may actually enhance the raggedness of the cape, but
I can't sell it since it is damaged and I can't list an incomplete fig.

I suppose if anyone wants a new orc minifig with a damaged cape, I'd throw
it in for free on your order.

if you had any on hand, you could use some Supermend. It's a UK-based product
but their website states that they ship worldwide.

Looks like one canister of their powder would last you a lifetime!

I should have checked their website more closely, due to Brexit and Customs issues
they can't ship out of the UK at this time. They recommend looking for it
on Amazon.

But you can part it out minus the cape

I have done it several times. I did it to a Wicked Queen last week and I didn't
feel better knowing that she was Wicked.

Because of the scissor icon on the back. How else do you open them?

Clipped the edge on one in the past.

Also had sealed packs caught in seal of outer bag seam, couldn’t remove without
breaking that inner bag.

If you just want to verify what fig it is, then a 1 inch cut near the top to
look inside and now you can seal it up with tape, never having touched it!

I used to cut them behind the rear flap, about 1" so I could verify the figure
but found pulling them apart to be just as easy and still requires no tape with
zero chance of damage.
