I normally ship to Canada and the US but I had a buyer from China contract me
( positive feedbacks ) and purchased 2 costly figures. I took agreed to sell
to him and took photos of the shipment. The buyer has still not got the package
( sent it March 20th.) the buyer stated that I am missing his cell phone from
the package (something he neglected to tell was needed so his customs could contact
him). What are my options?

Yes, phone is required or highly recommanded in some Countries, and for China
yes often buyers put theirs even in the postal address.
This delay starts to be long, but I wouldn't say it's lost.
Considering it's to China that isn't necessarily an unexpected amount
of time depending on the service used. but ultimately if it never shows up you
will have to refund the buyer
