A buyer initiates Non-Shipping Seller Alert (NSS) although the shipment can be
proven to have been delivered (customer himself confirms receipt!). Despite repeated
requests to remove the NSS, the buyer does not respond. Does anyone else know
a way to remove the NSS?

I believe you have to show proof of shipping in order for Admin to remove it.

Maybe pieces were missing from the shipment. Or even a false proof of delivery
- it does happen.

Whatever the reason, unless the buyer tells you, you won't know.
