| I'm not sure this is exactly where to ask this, but here goes-- a few
months ago, I placed an order for a minifigure from a seller. The seller had
posted a notice on their shop page that they were away at the time but would
be returning to business in a couple of weeks from that point, so I wasn't
concerned. The invoice was sent to me and I made the payment, but ever since
then, that seller does not seem to have returned and no movement has taken place
on my order. Looking at the seller reviews, many other buyers from this seller
have also encountered issues of no response or action during the time period
after I ordered, so, whatever the circumstance, the seller appears to be completely
inactive indefinitely. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

File a NSS where it says report problem on the order page and file a PayPal claim
or a claim with your bank to get the money back

File a NSS through Bricklink and request a refund using the payment service you
used. There is a six month period for filing a NSS on Bricklink, so since it
has been a few months, I would go ahead start the process now.
