if so, can anyone help with ID please?

For reference, the 2nd item on the top has tiny glittery speckles, the next item
is DBG, and the small gun is black.

Lego has no firearms. And never war sets with fire arms. Only fantasy.

Lego has lots of firearms! Not the ones in the OP's picture, but these (and
more) definitely exist:

Part No: x1608 Name: Minifigure, Weapon Gun, Pistol Automatic Long Barrel and Round Magazine (Tommy Gun)
*
x1608 Minifigure, Weapon Gun, Pistol Automatic Long Barrel and Round Magazine (Tommy Gun)
Parts: Minifigure, Weapon

Part No: 13562 Name: Minifigure, Weapon Gun, Pistol Revolver - Small Barrel
*
13562 Minifigure, Weapon Gun, Pistol Revolver - Small Barrel
Parts: Minifigure, Weapon
[p=bb0192]

Part No: 30141 Name: Minifigure, Weapon Gun, Rifle
*
30141 Minifigure, Weapon Gun, Rifle
Parts: Minifigure, Weapon

Gear No: legogun2 Name: Plastic Pistol
*
legogun2 Plastic Pistol
Gear: Toy, Early: Play Wear & Weaponry

I do think Lego's current policy on war themes is much more strict than it
has been historically, but that doesn't remove these from circulation.

The only thing that's lego is the dark bluish gray wand/scepter thing

The pistol on the left is from Halo Mega Construx/Mega Bloks, the black pistol
is likely a random 3rd party company, and the trans-clear gun is Brickarms

Wow, you really know your stuff! Thanks for sharing
