Brick 3003 Yellow should be replaced with a 4729 Modified Brick.
Both Peeron and BrickLink lists a 3003 Yellow Brick while Rebrickable list a 4729 Yellow Brick.
The 4729 Brick should be the correct one as there is no other way without it to actually attach the wheel part to the body otherwise. I believe Rebrickables inventory for this set is correct. It is impossible to see this based on the image of the set itself.
