Source: sealed set contents (my own collection).
Light Bulb Covers: Only the blue covers are used in the main model. However, I think the other ones were always inclueded, because swapping the colors was part of the light&sound system and is illustrated on the box. Other sets with light bricks had "unused" covers, too.

Yep. As I have run across these inventories, I have been moving the light covers
into the Regular Items section since they were always included in these sets
and meant to be used for interchangeability of the color of the lights.
