Comments from Submitter:
Undoing changes made in 2013. The instruction inventory pages and instruction steps support the original counts.

It is possible that there is more than one version of the instructions. To help
us determine if that is true, please post large, high-quality scans or photos
of the parts inventory for the set instructions you have.

Thank you.

Right, so I think I figured out what was going on here. There was an early version
of the instructions which showed an extra tan 1 x 1 brick with hole and an extra
pearl gold 1 x 1 round plate (first attached image). They were removed in later
instructions versions (second attached image).

The usage of these parts in the model is unclear and when the model is later
turned over in the same early instructions the parts are not visible (third attached
image). Unfortunately, I couldn't find an early version of instructions
booklet two to see if the parts list showed the additional parts.

Since the extra parts are nonsensical for the model, I have approved your request
and added an inventory note explaining what I found. Thank you for catching
this error and submitting the change requests.

Ah, cool! I've never seen anything like that before.

Thanks for being thorough!
