Please allow the "Shipping cost suggestion is disabled." info box to be
removed, similar to the notice on planned maintenance.

I have disabled it for a reason, I don't need to be reminded every time I
view the "orders received" page.

This would be also helpful for me. I have disabled it for some reasons. The reminder
is not helpful.

Even if you enabled it you would still have a "shipping cost suggestion is enabled"
box at the top of the page taking up valuable space. It doesn't matter which
option you have chosen.

The box should be removed completely or moved to somewhere else.
