Like I always say: "A buyer can choose his sellers but a seller cannot choose
his buyers" then I want suggest (provided that does not already exist) to create
a botton, on sellers' MyBrickLink page, for to contact the Admin or other eligible
members in case of problem with a buyer.
I know that it could be abused but this is a secondary thing easily solved.
I'm tired to ask help on forum or to search an hidden link, sellers need of an
easy way for to contact who is boss in here, this is only the first step in case
of problems but it is always a step forward!

I suspect that Admin have a difficult time of things as it is without contacting
them being made all the more simple.

There are already ways to contact Admin should the need arise and should it be
important, plus we already have the 'Problem' tab in order to deal with issues.

Admin could delegate some other persons, Admin should remember that BL works
because there are hundreds of stores...

It is already here on the main screen, not hidden:

http://www.bricklink.com/helpDesk.asp

Be aware though that Admin is unlikely to get involved in detailed diputes between
buyers nad sellers unless there is some evidence of rule breaking or fraudulent
trading.

For me it is hidden, for me a red botton in the main page isn't hidden, that's
all.

Sure, why not, if it makes things easier for you.

Sellers can have terms, that allow them to cancel if they do not want to sell
to that buyer.
I have seen this in seller's terms.
I do not know if it has ever been put to the test (where a seller was able to
get an NSS removed because they decided to not sell to a buyer).

I think it is not fair to not let the buyer know very quickly (within 24 hours)
that you are not going to sell to them; unless the exact conditions of rejection
are spelled out in the terms of service, such that they should have known you
would not sell to them.
Buyers (like sellers) have the potential for lost opportunity cost and loss on
time invested.

I have seen, in paypal listings, statements to the effect of:
if you have less than X feedback or more than Y negative feedback, please
contact before bidding.

If I ever sell, I am going to have something in my terms, similar to that.
I would just want to establish that I can reasonably communicate with the individual
before selling to them. I would also limit the $ amount of orders from buyers
not well established.
