| My Instant checkout charge is $4.00 plus $1 additional fee. I received an order,
weighing just 1 lb 1.7 ounces, the shipping charge was $12.99, the $1 was omitted.
Who can check on this for me?

Seems it was omitted for 1 lb 1.76 oz
