| Member SCHIRALDI from Italy is playing a trick with honest sellers!
It was already a red flag when he messaged me about the cheapest shipping option
while every info is available in my terms and during checkout too but I messaged
him all details about shipping. He also wrote in Italian but why would I limit
my buyers by the languages they speak? Well, I should have stoplisted him before
he placed an order...
Buyer claimed that 6 parts out of 120 were missing from his order. You won't
believe but these parts were the most expensive ones in the order, worth a total
of €2,44 while the whole order was €14,77. So it was already a bit strange and
I wondered if I would have missed a whole lot and I added only 4 instead of 8
of another? Hell no!
The bad feeling continued since I always double check my orders before I pack
and ship them so I rechecked my inventory and all the remaining quantities were
correct so none of the parts were missing from his order, that's 100% sure.
I also contacted one of the sellers he dealt with (positive feedback left to
the buyer) since I know the seller from a FB group of BL sellers and he confirmed
that this buyer played the same trick with him. Same method, claiming a few parts
missing from the order while they aren't, hoping to get a refund so basicly
getting a few parts for free.
Better stoplist this buyer, he would probably do the same trick with you when
ordering, you will likely refund him since it's just a few parts and a few
euros and don't want extra headache or negative feedback but he will never
stop unless someone stops him.

| Update: after I offered him refund once he sends me back the order at his own
cost as per my return policy and I explained it to him again that my remaining
inventory is accurate which means he received all the parts he replied me the
following (translated from Italian):
"If you are sure of what you say, I take note and will keep it in mind...
I buy a lot from Brickilink... you will definitely be excluded from my favorite
sellers..."
Well, it seems I was right, it was just a cheap trick to get back a few euros
while the order was correct.

Honestly that is just insane… being an incredible cheapskate and trying to scam
the seller for a few bucks back is unreal. I would definitely stoplist him.
